For The Love Of Cheese

5 cheese with basil is all it takes to make this girl happy!  Wine and a red velvet cupcake would make it perfect!

I dedicate this pizza to my friend Lisa.  Before she moved to New Hampshire with her man, she used to come by the store and we would share an all cheese pizza.  Of course, we would sprinkle it with salt and crushed red pepper and be in heaven.  Oh how I miss those days! Here's to you Lisa, thank you for introducing me to a fabulous just cheese experience! 

As always, preheat oven and pizza stone at 500 degrees for a minimum of 30 minutes. :)

Ingredients:  Mozzarella, fresh and shredded, grated Parmesan, Fontini, Gruyere, Ricotta, and fresh basil.

Brush your rolled out dough with a very thin layer of olive oil, layer the cheeses in any order, and top with the basil. Put into your wonderfully hot oven, let cook until brown and bubbly. Heaven!
