I love blending spices and when a customer comes in and inspires, there is nothing more magical. As I tweaked this blend recipe, all I could think of and craved was shrimp! The result was a beautiful and delicious peel and eat shrimp dinner, New Orleans style, just served in a bowl for all to enjoy! Cooking to me, especially in summer, should be simple, easy, quick, and out of this world good! That is why I love my blends!
