I must admit that I have both sizes of this pan at home. I love them and crepes, making them frequently, but I use these pans for other delights as well. Because of the sloped sides, it makes a perfect pan for omelets and for making your own manicotti. I love how they season over time! Yes, they require seasoning, but once thats done, you will enjoy this pan tremendously!
How To Season Your Crepe Pan - saturate a piece of paper towel with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and wipe the entire surface of the pan and place in a 350 degree F oven for one hour. Let cool completely and you are ready to go.
Cleaning Your Crepe Pan - I never scrub my pans. I just wipe clean with a little bit of soap and water, then rinse and dry completely.
