This is one of my favorite salts. It has a very unique taste. I describe it to people as having a very salty taste, if you can imagine. The coarse grind is great for use in a salt mill, for use as a finishing salt, and for roasting vegetables and meat. If you want to use it for baking, I would go for the fine grind.
