I have been using this pan for years.  It makes such wonderful bread.  The air can circulate freely allowing for a beautiful crust to form.  Having the ability to make three baguettes at once is a plus.  Great for heating up frozen loaves too!  Clean up is a breeze. It makes a great gift for that bread baker in your life.
