Silpain Bread Baking Mat
Made in France. Non-stick baking mat for breads. Dark surface, half sheet pan size. Dough contains 60 - 80% water, the perforated qualities of the Silpain allow water to seep through the mat, leaving a fabulous crusty finish. 11 5/8" x 16 1/2", fits a 13" x 18" sheet pan.
