Made in France of tinned steel, allowing for uniform baking.  Fluted round tart pans with removable bottoms for easy removal of finished tarts.  Various sizes available from 4" to 12.5".

A tart pan is a must have for passionate bakers and a simple essential in my kitchen.  I use these not only for fruit and chocolate tarts, but for quiches too!  Having a removable bottom makes it very easy to remove the tart and keeps it looking great for serving.  I have several different sizes in my kitchen so that I am ready for any recipe.
